ARD-KSSH Separates Self from Pernicious Article Against Kogi Govt, CMD, Kogi State Specialist Hospital

The Association of Resident Doctors (ARD), Kogi State Specialist Hospital (KSSH), has distanced and dissociated herself from a pernicious article against the Kogi State Government and KSSH Chief Medical Director (CMD), Prof. Isah Yahaya Adagiri.

The Association disclosed this in a communiqué issued at the end of an emergency congress meeting held on Tuesday in Lokoja, jointly signed by ARD President, Dr Friday Ameh, and ARD Gen Secretary, Dr Samuel Peter.

The statement said that the ARD remained a proficient association whose center values are forward movement, unity, well-being, and good fortune of the individual members.

”ARD – KSSH wishes to state unequivocally asserted that we are not part of any petitions or fusion of any kind of focus at discoloring the great works of his Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello, and achievements of KSSH Chief Medical Director (CMD), Prof. Isah Yahaya Adagiri.

”As an Association that is law-abiding, we completely scowl and separate ourselves from all shapes of pernicious and character harming articles, been disseminated online, in-print or through third parties, targeted at the State Government as well as the CMD and the hospital, ” the communiqué said.

The association, therefore acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Governor in repositioning the Health sector within the State, particularly the Kogi State Specialist Hospital KSSH interilia.

The ARD-KSSH further commended the exemplary leadership and the milestone transformation the Hospital has witnessed under the guidance of Prof Adagiri.

The Association also reaffirmed her commitment to continue to align herself with the aims and objectives of Governor Yahaya Bello’s Administration with respect to healthcare in the state .
