The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon Durosinmi Meseko, has extended warm congratulations to Hon. Richard Osaseyi on his reappointment as the General Manager of the Kogi State Signage and Advertisement Agency (KOSSAA).
