The Administrator of Adavi Local Government Council, Hon. Abu Enesi Ajoge, has urged youths in the state to pay quality attention to their studies in order to be useful to themselves, family and Nigeria both in the present and future and be good ambassadors of their society.
Ajoge made this known, yesterday, when he hosted some student leaders of Kogi tertiary institutions in his office
Ajoge in his statement stressed that education remains the main key for success in life and that youth should make sure that they focus their attention on their education.
His words, “It is very important for you to focus your attention on your education and listen to what your teachers are teaching you so that you can be good ambassadors to yourself, to your parents and to the country”.
“I would not be who I am today, if I have not focused on my education and listened to what my teachers taught me while I was in school then. So, you too can be in good position of authority in future if you do the same.”
The administrator, charged the students and the youths in general to build healthy relationships, avoid sex, illicit drugs and focus on their education.
“Be focused on what you want to do in life and pick friends that will motivate you. Avoid having boyfriends or girlfriends who are not value to your life, your education should be your focus,” he urged.
