Dr Folashade Ayoade Celebrates Former Kogi Governor’s 50th Birthday With Orphans

Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade marked the fiftieth birthday of former Governor Yahaya Bello with orphans and widows.

Dr. Ayoade, who led her support group, Team Mama Cabinet, to different orphanages in the state on Wednesday, congratulated the former Governor on the fifty years milestone.

She said following the directive of the former Governor to put on hold any form of party for the celebration, the Team deemed it to visit orphans and put smiles on their faces.

She called for prayers for Alhaji Yahaya Bello for long life and more fulfilled life as he has laid a good foundation being consolidated by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

According to her, the former Governor respects the vulnerable, hence the celebration at orphanage homes.

Mrs. Ayoade added that 100 widows in the state will also be empowered next week as a way of reaching out to them to celebrate the ex governor.

In their separate remarks, the Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, Mallam Ismail Isah; Director General of the State ICT Development Agency, Dr. Bashir Tenuche and immediate past Provost of Kogi State College of Education Technical Mopa, Dr Victoria Jagboro said Alhaji Yahaya Bello is worth celebrating.

The orphanages visited were Rehoboth Children’s Home, MoMs Orphanage, Margret Ohiani Orphanage Home and Stagi Cornerstone Orphanage.
