Kogi Governor’s Adviser on Labour Matters, Bode Adeyemi Bags Stewardship Award

The Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi Stare on Civil Service and Labour Matters, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi, has been honoured with award of excellence at the 2022 edition of the Stewardship News Magazine Lecture/Award series.

He was honoured at a colourful event in Lokoja on Saturday.

Adeyemi, who was also the guest speaker at the event, called for a new Nigeria where followership and leadership attitudinal change can create shared prosperity and national unity.

He eulogized the Stewardship news magazine for living up to the dictate and demand of the journalism profession as agenda setter for national discuss. He further said the topic was timely, needful and relevant for the mood of the moment.

He encouraged Nigerians to imbibe spirit of patriotism and unity for the sake of the coming generation.

Omoluabi dedicated the award to God almighty and more service to humanity. He said the award will spur him to do more in promotion of an egalitarian society and entrenchment of good governance and development.

Other recipients of the award are Pharm Jamiu Asuku, Chief of Staff to the Governor; Prof Marietu Tenuche, Vice Chancellor, Prince Abubakar Audu University; Dr Usman Ogbo, Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic and host of others
