Classic Ladies Association has conferred its prestigious Leadership and Community Development Award on Hon. Abdulkadir Ibrahim, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives Candidate for Lokoja-Kogi Federal Constituency.

In his acceptance speech, Hon.
