Chairman of Kogi State Local Government Service Commission, Hon. Adabenege Adams has submitted that Governor Yahaya Bello has broken another record in legacy projects with the construction of Ganaja road flyover in Lokoja.
Adams made this known in Lokoja on Friday while addressing newsmen on recent developmental projects initiated in the state by Governor Bello.
He recounted the recent joyful mood of the people in rural areas as the Governor released fund for rehabilitation of some strategic roads across the state, adding that “even political naysayers are left with no option than to commend the Governor who has over time, remained steadfast in delivering dividends of democracy to the people of Kogi State.”
“The hallmark of this administration right from time is infrastructural revamping and development. Today, multimillion naira roads are being awarded and funded just as ultramodern hospitals are built. All these are aside the world class Confluence University of Science and Technology, (CUSTECH), Osara which will soon begin academic session.
“We are therefore more than convinced about the capacity and rare political will of Governor Bello in setting the state on the path of sustainable sociopolitical development to the admiration of Kogi people and the country at large,” he said.
Adams, however, used the opportunity to call on well-meaning Nigerians to support the presidential bid of the Governor who he described as a selfless leader with deep insight on the needs and yearnings of Nigerians.
“I believe Governor Yahaya Bello has solutions to the security problems bedevilling this nation. He has the capacity to replicate at the national level what he did in Kogi State,” he said.
