Opeyemi Ajagun is a vibrant unionist and one of the most conscious youth in Yagba Land who has always lend his voice to sound leadership which has made him a beacon of hope in Okun Politics.
The Okuns are known for been industrious, disciplined, brave and intellectually endowed. These attributes are found in Opeyemi.
He was born on the 16th July 1992 to the Family of Mr. Silas Ajagun at Ogbogun-Akitipa Ejiba, Yagba West Local Government area of Kogi State.
Educational Background
Ajagun Opeyemi Samuel enrolled as a pupil at ECWA Primary School 1, Ejiba, Yagba West Local Government of Kogi State where he had his elementary Education and was awarded his First School Leaving Certificate [FSLC].
He proceeded to Titcombe College Egbe and was later transfered to Local Government Secondary School Ejiba, Yagba West, where he graduated in 2008, having written his Senior School Certificate Examination, he came out with an outstanding result.
Opeyemi moved to Lagos after his SSCE. In his quest for more education, being a young boy who had maintained the tempo of academic excellence from the onset, Opeyemi got admitted into Florintech Computer College, Lagos State where he studied Office And Information Management, he bagged a Diploma in Office And Information Management in 2011.
Opeyemi pursued his Educational career and was admitted to study Business Administration at the prestigious University Of Abuja where he got his Diploma in Business Administration in 2013.
As a young man who is interested in societal change and want to have deep knowledge in politics, Opeyemi proceeded to study Political Science at the Open University Of Nigeria where he was awarded Bsc in Political Science in 2019.
Work Experience
In 2012, Opeyemi worked with GaleCity, a real estate company in Abuja as a business developer and later SIM&Lloyd Weekly Property Magazine where he gathered a lot of experience in property and investment management.
He was employed by Protek Enterprises Limited to supervise sales and account. With his wealth of experience in business management, he was able to expand the company and made it to have 2 more branches in Abuja.
In 2018, he became the Managing Director at AJOS Integrated, a Company that deals with sales of Agro Chemicals, farm management, seedling, farm feeds and consultant.
His vision on Okun Garri and Palm oil is on the process of actualization. Ajagun Opeyemi is a young farmer and also a great administrator who has had experiences in Resources Managements, Business Advancement And public Affairs Management.
Political Experience
He was a committed Student Unionist and also head different positions in Youth Organization in Nigeria and across Africa. Ajagun Opeyemi Samuel has held many Positions of value in the political practice in Nigeria.
He has participated in various Elections, as a grassroot mobilizer, he has coordinated for many Politicians across Nigeria which has led many into political offices even in the present political dispensation.
