Sunday Umoru Felicitates With Muslims on Eid-el Fitr

Kogi State gubernatorial aspirant and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Sunday Umoru felicitate with Muslims on the conclusion of the Ramadan fasting.

In a press release to Kogireports through his media team, Chief Sunday Umoru emphasized on the importance of putting the virtues of Islam into practice beyond the fasting period.

Also in his congratulatory message to Muslims on fulfilling the spiritually significant month of sacrifice, Chief Umoru adjured them to reflect on the rationale and the importance of Ramadan in portraying the good image of Islam at all times.

Chief Umoru further adjured all Muslims to implore God for love, peace, and unity, and guidance in Kogi state ahead of the gubernatorial election.

The chieftain peculiarly called on other aspirants to conduct themselves in a Godly manner for the betterment of Kogi State and encouraged a peaceful campaign ahead of November 16, gubernatorial election.

Conclusively, Umoru reiterates his commitment and determination to take the incumbent governor Yahaya Bello head on, in the “fight” to take over the Lugard House, if he emerges as the Peoples Democratic Party flag bearer for the State gubernatorial election.
