Your Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, we welcome you back. We know your enemies who are also our enemies have tried their best but he who has God on his side always win. Sir, no matter the way they come you will always win (Your win NA GOD WIN).
Sir we welcome you back to the state and we pray the good Lord will always keep you strong and healthy so that you can transform this state according to the new direction agenda.
Sir, we want to remind the good people of the state about what you have done for us.
1. Transfer of the pioneer set to other medical schools to continue their program. This is the highest number ever transferred from a Nigerian school to another Nigerian school.
2. Payments of all the transfer fees, these include the following; interschool transaction fees, school fees, accommodation and transportation fees.
3. Award of scholarship to all transfered medical students. This is to show how passionate His Excellency is towards our medical school.
4. Payments of allowance to all Kogi medical student. This is monthly payments package to encourage the medical students both local and international. This package has been signed and payment starts very soon.
5. Increase of the bursary allowance to all Kogi medical student. The increase is from 5,500 naira to 18,000 naira. This represents more than 300% increase.
Sir, you have done a lot and we know you will do more as you have already proven. Sir, you are our father, a father that has shown consistently how you loved us. We are not ungrateful but however we anticipate your promised that you will do whatever is in your capacity to rescue us completely.
You have stated clearly that you want the fastest and cost effective option to achieve this complete rescue of the medical school and more than a year the committee set up to conclude reports dragged even when you gave them a 6 weeks Ultimatum.
Once again we are happy that our Hero is back. Back till 2024.
