Senator Atai Aidoko Ali has advised Igala ‎socio-cultural groups to display patriotic traits that will portray them as good ambassadors of their immediate communities of origin.
Aidoko dropped this hint during the launching of 100 Million naira ‎town hall development fund of Egume-Ome descendants union, Abuja chapter.
Aidoko, who was the special guest of honour, said the idea of bringing together all shades of opinions from the Igala race will douse unnecessary rancour capable of creating unhealthy rivalry.
He commended the union for‎ sustaining the gathering, stating that this singular idea has eluded so many groups of the same cultural extraction hence fanning the embers of disunity.
Senator Aidoko urged them not to be carried away by the euphoria of living in cities but encouraged them to join laudable efforts of their people back home. He assured them that he will be readily available to guide them in all endeavours.
