Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn, Member representing Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency, participated in the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) Town Hall Meeting held in Kogi State, organized by the TETFund Board Member representing the North Central Zone, Dr. Hassan Abdulrahman Ocholi.
The meeting brought together the Executive Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo; the Honourable Minister of Information and National Orientation, Alhaji Mohammed Idris Malagi; stakeholders in tertiary education; traditional rulers from across the state; and students drawn from various tertiary institutions.
The Town Hall Meeting served as an important platform for stakeholders to deliberate on the development of tertiary education, strengthen collaboration among key players in the sector, and explore sustainable approaches to improving infrastructure, learning conditions, and educational opportunities for students across Kogi State and the wider North Central region.
Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna Ijn’s participation in the event further underscores his continued commitment to supporting initiatives that promote quality education and human capital development within his constituency and beyond.
