A youth support group in Kogi State, Kogi Youth for PBAT and Faleke, has congratulated Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke on his appointment as Deputy Director-General for Election Planning, Coordination and Monitoring of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council.
In a statement issued by the group’s Coordinator, Aribido David Jayeoba, the organisation described the appointment as a fitting recognition of Faleke’s long record of service to the party and his role in supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid.
“This appointment is a clear reflection of your hard work, dedication, commitment, and passion for the progress of our great party and for ensuring the victory of His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in his bid for re-election as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” the statement read.

The group pointed to Faleke’s leadership record and political experience as key qualities that make him well-suited for the new role, noting that his track record has “continued to distinguish him as a dependable leader and a man of purpose” within the party.
Jayeoba pledged the group’s full backing as Faleke takes on the assignment, saying members across Kogi State and beyond would stand with him throughout the campaign season.
“As you take on this important responsibility, please be assured of our unwavering support. Kogi Youth for PBAT and Faleke, alongside well-meaning youths and supporters across Kogi State and Nigeria, stand firmly with you in this journey,” the statement added.
The group expressed confidence that Faleke’s experience would strengthen the APC’s electoral machinery ahead of the polls, stating that his input would contribute significantly to effective election planning, coordination, and monitoring for the party.
