Omodo Royal Family of Kabba extraction commiserate with the family of an elder statesman, good leader, true servant of God, mentor, Philanthropist of immense reputation, and a very detribalised Owe Patriot, Late Elder Emmanuel O. Oloruntoba who just passed on 18th May, 2026 at a ripe age of 89 years old.
As a family, our heart sank beneath the weight of finality and the ephemerality of life of a father figure whose life was deeply woven into others, not only by blood – but by purpose, vision, impact, and by unshakeable patriotism, irrespective of age, tribe, colour and other minutest configuration.
Our late Daddy was exceptional in thought and inspiration, unwavering in devotion, and disarmingly compassionate to everyone. When on the planet earth, he walked through life like a colossus but with a quiet force – a dignity and respect that doesn’t demand attention but well earned.
For us and others who he had encountered, he was an absolute genius who exhibited brilliance as a mantle and purpose as his compass. Baba will not only support your journey of life, he embodied it’s values.
In this grieving moment, though, after actually completing his task on earth and resting peacefully with His creator in Heaven, our great family is with the family left behind in prayers as Baba’s light endures, his impact remains, and in the house of memory, his name is forever written in love and benevolence.
