As the political jigsaw for the highly coveted seat of Kabba-Bunu State Constituency election is approaching its crescendo, one name that has continued to reverberate through the length and breath of the politically – cultured and savvy people of the district is no other personality than- Benjamin Ayodele Olobayo (BAO).
This young, charismatic, unassuming, calculative and compassionate icon is well – endowed with rare finesse, grassroot touch, uncommon visionary and altruism, sheer gut and determination, inspirational leadership, and proactive gumption ~ traits that are rare to come by and urgently required to steer the ship of Kabba-Bunu from capsizing, to an eldorado of our collective pride, dreams and respect.
In the last 96 hours, BAO’s grassroot networking, synergizing and interactive activities with the bourgeois and proletariat, and unwavering commitment to servant – leadership propensity has been the talk – of – the – town ~ even to the bewilderment of his supposed opponents and politically – passive individuals.
No doubt, the well – articulated manifesto of the aspirant of the Action Democratic Congress (ADC) in the forthcoming House of Assembly election is a deliberate commitment to effect a positive change ~ quite different from the status quo.
If his action plan is anything to go by, constituents should heave a sigh of relief because they are about to witness unprecedented legislative excellence and people – centric development in our political annal of state constituency representation.
Truth be told, there is no hiding the fact that pervasive insecurity and it’s attendant criminalities has been on the rise, women neglect, dilapidated healthcare facilities is an eyesore, worsening standard of education continued to rear it’s ugly head etc has been the front burner in our nascent democratic experience.
Should we continue to sidon – look and continue to watch haplessly as events nosedive?

With BAO, all these shortcomings shall be a thing of the past if we seize this moment ~ and vote overwhelmingly for a personality who has come to engender an egalitarian society for the benefit of humanity.

For him, personal aggrandisement & ill – gotten acquisition is secondary in his political lexicon.
In our clime, it is either the people have been repeatedly and unfortunately, short-changed, or there is a deliberate step to negate the very essence of democratic practice.
As it stands, we (Kabba-Bunu Constituents) won’t look further in our collective desire for credible, people – oriented and genuine representation.

2027 is just a stone throw from here. BAO, by God’s grace is delicately poised to take the centre – stage. He will facilitate unprecedented dividends of democracy as enumerated in his rich and intimidating CV that dwell simultaneously and take cognisance of the fact that his people shall be his primary focus and priority if elected come 2027.
Going forward, BAO represents hope in the face of daunting hopelessness, depravity and avoidable under development bedeviling our people.
