A rights activist, Comrade Idris Miliki Abdul, has warned against actions that can destabilize Kogi West senatorial district.
Reacting to the vote of no confidence passed on Senator Sunday Karimi by ward chairmen of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kabba-Bunu local government on Thursday, Miliki it is a warning sign that must not be allowed.
Miliki noted that the group of persons behind the vote of no confidence are the same people that brought the senator in 2027.
He, however, warned that concerning 2027 elections, no external forces will be allowed to dictate to the people of Kogi West.
“We are mature enough to determine who represents the people of the west senatorial district.
“This early warning is setting a dangerous precedent that must not be allowed,” he added.
