In the clime we live in, the hallmark of a great leader encapsulates the essence of life is not to be happy — but to matter, to be useful, to make substantial difference from the status quo that you have lived at all.
Asiwaju Dr. Prince Olatunji Olusoji, an extraordinary, passionate leader and benefactor of the downtrodden has inculcate the spirit of human and societal progress — it can never be automatic nor inevitable — it has to be engineered by a driving force to make it see the light of the day.
While growing up, Prince Olatunji Olusoji had incubated the axiom that no two human being are exactly alike. This alone is amazing.
The world population stands at over six billion, yet everyone is still different. Human loss is so challenging because you can’t truly replace a person when they’re gone. This is not to say that their spirit leaves us, but rather to highlight the singularity of the soul.
The question that is however, begging for answer is — how have you impact lives when you have the capacity and privilege of doing so for a LIVING SOUL?
Realist like Olusoji are of the strong stance that people are different because they have a unique sets of talents, personality, and feelings.
As far as he is concerned, it is a combination of God – given talents and circumstances of upbringing that are never exactly the same between any two people.
What this means — and this is very germane — is that there is no such thing as an ” AVERAGE PERSON.”
There maybe an average in the abstract, but there is no person who is ‘AVERAGE’ at everything.
Going further, the idea that there is an ” AVERAGE PERSON” is one of the greatest and most harmful common misconceptions in the human condition.
It thus infer that saying there is an average human is like saying there is an average colour. It simply isn’t the case.
For the quintessentially religious Olusoji, every human is a collection of traits that are ” BELOW AVERAGE” and ” ABOVE AVERAGE”, but there is no such thing as an “AVERAGE PERSON” and the idea of an “AVERAGE ” — when it comes to people — is as useful as teaching general relativity to a SLEEPING CATERPILLAR.
The driving force behind the modest success and achievements of GROSVENOR GLOBAL SERVICES LTD stressed once any human understands this, he can take a leap forward into FREEDOM FROM THE TYRANNY OF FORCED RANK.
He further lectured that “you and I” are not an AVERAGE PERSON because no one is, and none else is AVERAGE because there is no such thing as an “AVERAGE PERSON.”
In view of what life thrown at us, there are endless possibilities stretched out before us. What, however, await us down the path, we will then have to choose between what we desire.
In life, Dr. Olatunji Olusoji has developed a thick skin for the mere fact that, hope is a powerful force that drives individuals through the toughest of times.
He asserts that despite being despised or facing countless hardships, people should tend to garner the strength to continue, driven by the belief that something better lies ahead.
For in the spark of inspiration that ignites our journey, helping us to set goals and push through adversity.
He referenced that those who succeed in life, once struggled in the face of daunting challenges, understand that confidence in oneself is the key to overcoming obstacles. He advised the younger generation to also inculcate the idea that hope is not just a feeling but a fuel that propels us forward, turning dreams into reality.
Consequently, Prince Olatunji Olusoji understand that all human has an unstoppable desire that goes hand in hand with curiosity about what they think.
It is an open – secret that the best way to understand a person is to listen to what they say and wish for them to feel the same way.
Furthermore, Prince Olusoji believes that there is no impossibility in dreams and hopes for anyone. He opines that every dream and hope that make us survive as humans can always present in our lives.
For real, dreams make us have a soul to hope for something better.
In Olusoji’s daily lexicon, he endeavours to be a support for the survival of the golden generation dreams and hopes for practical and sustainable livelihoods.
