The Caretaker Chairman of Ajaokuta Local Government Area, Hon Aliyu Ogido Haruna has issued a statement to celebrate the 100 days in office of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State.
The chairman expressed his appreciation for the excellent leadership of Governor Ododo since assuming office as the Executive Governor of the state.
In his remarks, the Caretaker Chairman commended Governor Ododo for fulfilling his campaign promises and building on the achievements of his predecessor, Governor Yahaya Bello. He highlighted the governor’s commitment to providing adequate security, enhancing medical outreach, and making significant strides in various areas.
The Ajaokuta Council Boss also lauded the state government’s recent efforts aimed to revitalize the Adogo airstrip and its plan to upgrade it to a cargo airstrip. He emphasized that this development would place Ajaokuta LGA on the global map and improve the local economy, benefiting the people of Kogi State and Nigeria at large
Expressing gratitude for the governor’s developmental initiatives, the Chairman Haruna Ogido pledged continued support and loyalty on behalf of the people of Ajaokuta and affirmed the commitment of Ajaokuta residents to the state government under the amiable leadership of Governor Ahmed Ododo.
