Administrator of Ofu local goverment, Hon. Abuh Ebgiti has admonished his people not to fall prey to unscrupulous politicians who promote violence.
Egbiti made this known when he hosted supporters from across the eleven wards in the council to a feast in his Ejule residence.
He described the gathering of enthusiastic supporters as an honour for him.
He advised them to give special attention to the welfare of their children for a better tomorrow.
“I am encouraging you all to be of good behavior and seize this opportunity to give your best support to the government.
“I urge you all my people to take very good care of yourselves and shun violence so as to maintain your dignity and self-esteem and not to fall prey to unscrupulous politicians who would want to destroy your bright future,” he counseled.
He gave out rice, meat, money and other gifts to all that came to celebrate with him.
