Newly coronated Yeye-Oba of Isanlu land, Chief Gloria Dubi Ilemore has promised to assist youth and women in the area.
Ilemore made this known while speaking with newsmen at the second year anniversary of coronation of Agbana of Isanlu, Oba Moses Babatunde Etombi.
The Yeye-Oba noted that before her conferment she has been contributing to the development of the land.
“Long before now, we have some initiatives in place to empower our youths. We trained and mentored. Facilitators were brought from outside to train our people,” she said.
Going forward as the Yeye-Oba, Chief Ilemore said she will start with proper assessment of of the social issues on ground and have reliable database that will enable her and other interested persons assist the people as appropriate.
“With reliable database and proper assessment, we will easily bridge noticeable gaps. Also, this will help governments, corporate bodies and supra-national organizations step in to assist our people,” she added.
Yeye-Oba said Isanlu women are strong and will continue to make their strength count.
Chief (Mrs) Gloria Dubi Ilemore, the Yeye-Oba of Isanlu land was born into the family of Pa Joshua Omokore Ilemore and Madam Deborah Ajigba Joshua of Bagido Isanlu on 7th December, 1966 as the first daughter of this noble family.
Gloria Dubi Ilemore started her educational carrier with Army Children’s School Commila Barracks, 44 Kaduna, and thereafter attended St. Monica’s College Kabba and the College of Arts and Technology, Gaskiya, Zaria. She is an alumnus of institutions like Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Lagos Business School, Antai Business School, Shanghai, Jiaotong University Shanghai, China, Stellenbosch Business School, Stellenbosch University Cape Town, Republic of South Africa.
She is an exceptional professional in strategy execution, with over three decades of experience in developing high-net-worth client relationships.
Over the years, she leveraged her core strengths to develop new businesses and strategic business alliances.
Her core competence cuts across business operations, business development, administration, and human resources.
She has supported businesses in providing critical insights that helped them grow and improve operational efficiencies which cut across financial institutions, oil and gas, and logistics.
Having attended several relevant and resourceful courses in advanced management and financial analysis both in Nigeria and internationally, she is exposed to and has taken special interest in business development and financial management.
She is a Chartered Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. She is an entrepreneur with a passion for excellence at all levels.
In the last three decades she had worked in various managerial capacities; as Manager Treasury, Manager Corporate Image Development and Operations with some financial institutions.
She recently retired from Capitalfield Investment Group as a Group Executive Director after working dedicatedly for over 18 years at various managerial capacities.
She is presently the Managing Director of Blueprint Awards Co. Ltd., and founder of Bulwark Energy & Allied Services Ltd., as well as Gluemark Capital Ltd.
