Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has expressed optimism that the incoming Tinubu/Shettima government will confront the most urgent problems facing the country with renewed vigour.
Bello made this known when he paid a congratulatory visit to the Vice President-elect, Senator Kashim Shettima at his residence in Asokoro, Abuja on Friday.
He assured that the incoming administration will formulate policies that will improve security and the living standard of all Nigerians.
Governor Bello, who was the National Youth Coordinator of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, visited the Vice President-elect to congratulate him on the party’s victory in the just concluded Presidential election where Senator Shettima emerged as Vice President-elect.
Governor Bello expressed his belief that Senator Shettima will provide the support for President-elect.
Before moving into a closed-door session, Governor Yahaya Bello prayed to the Almighty to guide and protect the Vice President and President-elect in the task ahead.
