A business mogul, community development enthusiast and youth emancipation advocate, Hon. Wemi Jones has thrown his weight behind the maiden edition of Akofirin Cultural Festival billed to hold in OkeOffin on 28th December, 2018.
Jones, who received his branded shirt from Commander Jerry Omodara with high enthusiasm, commended the initiative and pledged to do his best to be part of the event both in kind and cash.
He encouraged other communities to embark on cultural rebirth in the manner of Akofirin which according to him is a way of promoting our values and curbing societal vices.
Wemi Jones is the House of Representatives candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2019 general elections in Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu Federal constituency.
