Mr. Dominic Omale has emerged President of Idah Forum. Omale will lead the forum of patriotic sons and daughters of Ofu, Ibaji, Idah and Igalamela-Odolu for the next two years.
Omale was elected last Saturday in a meeting presided over by the Secretary, Rotr. Iliasu Shuaibu Pele.
Members at the meeting took turns to eulogise the outgoing executives led by Hon. Haruna Onuche for its outstanding performance in the last two years. The executives, in the course of their tenure, led the Forum to make donations of items and give educational support to schools in Idah Federal constituency. Within this period, several humanitarian visits were made to different orphanages.
The Forum also embarked on campaigns against social vices and social reorientation.
Idah Forum is an association for persons from the four local governments in Idah Federal Constituency – Ofu, Ibaji, Idah and Igalamela-Odolu.
The inaugural meeting of the Dominic Omale-led team is slated for Sunday, 9th April, 2017 by 5pm in Karomsi Hotels and Garden, Lokoja. All sons and daughters of Idah Federal constituency are invited.
