Once upon a time, the finest commissioner for youth and sport and in the trail going on to become the member of federal House of representatives representing Ajaokuta federal constituency from 2003-2007.
Honourable Moses Ado Okino-an economist turned politicians has an impeccable character and genre all through his public life.
He singlehandedly gave his community electricity even when all was tough, political conspiracy. He was resolute that Eganyi and environs must experience the dividends of democracy.
He has not only impacted his community where he comes from-Adogo (Eganyi) in provision of electricity while representing them from 2003-2007 as a member of federal House of representatives. He provided his community with portable water, support education, human capital development and what have you.
He worked tirelessly for the emancipation of the Ebira race at a time when it was tough. Putting himself forward to contest for the position of the highest office in the state (Governor) in 2007 General election under the defunct ACN party.
Honourable Moses Ado Okino stand tall today not only as an excellent public officer but as an elder statesman with an excellent career in public service.
I wish him a happy birthday and a life full of fun, good health and natures guidance.
He is a role model to me, an exemplary character who has defined politics beyond rhetorics. He see politics as service to humanity.
He has dedicated all his life in the emancipation of Ebira race, kogi state and project his name in excellent and steadfastness.
