Ohimege Igu of Koton Karfe, His Royal Majesty (HRM), Alh. Abdulrazaq Isa Koto has called on the entire Kogites to remain united and love one another irrespective of tribe, religious or political affiliation.

The monarch made the call while playing host to the entire Ohi of Ebiraland.

Ohimege Igu said Ebira Opete and Ebira Miyaka are brothers and sisters that has lived together harmoniously and has shared a lot since time immemorial.

He charged the Ohis to deliver the message of unity, peace and prosperity to the entire Ebira kingdom.

The Ohi of Okengwe-Ehi, who double as Vice Chairman Ebira Area Traditional Council HRH, Alh. Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje who led other traditional rulers from Central described the Ohimege of Koton Karfe as one of the foremost traditional ruler in Kogi State whose wealth of wisdom can not be overemphasized.

The Ohi of Okegwe who described their visit to the Ohimege’s palace as a step towards fostering unity amongst the two kingdoms and Kogi State in general.

The other Ohis commended the Ohimege for his fatherly role in the area and called on the people to sustain their support for him to enable him succeed.
