- says Kogi is on the right track
Senator Abubakar Ohere has congratulated Alh. Usman Ahmed Ododo, on his successful inauguration as the executive governor of Kogi State.
He also felicitates with Alh. Aliyu Bello (Atimpo), on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to the governor.
On the same note, his felicitations were extended to all the new appointees, especially those from Kogi Central, assuring Kogites of a prosperous regime.
Senator Ohere in his congratulatory message he personally signed, describes the governor as a perfect man for the job and has unequivocally stated that the State will be on a path of prosperity to consolidate on the numerous achievements of the immediate past governor, Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello.
Majority of the new officials are people i have worked closely with while serving the state government at different critical offices and I can to a very large extent, attest to their dedication and capacity to deliver selflessly for the betterment of our dear state and her people.
Sen. Ohere also used the opportunity to admonish the new appointees to be God-fearing, disciplined, and united. Hard work, they say, brings more work. I pray you all will leave your various offices to greater ones, he said.
The senator concluded by praising and praying for his eternal boss, in whom his loyalty and fidelity forever lies, Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello, for giving him the great opportunity to serve our good people. He described him as an uncommon, fearless achiever and reassured his well-wishers that posterity would be kind to him and his family.
