Senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye, has hinted on his success to attract nine projects for various communities across the seven local governments in his constituency.
The contract awards were secured under the 2016 special constituency projects to be monitored by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, Abuja.
The projects include town halls in Aiyetoro Gbede and Koton-Karfe. Also, a block of 4-classrooms will be built in 17 communities across the 7 local governments in Kogi West. Benefiting communities are; Aiyetoro-Kiri, Olle-Bunu, Okedayo, Egbe, Ekinrin-Adde, Aduge, Ayere, Ife-Olukotun, Ponyan, Amuro, Mopa, Tawarki, Aseni, Mangare, Abugi, Sarkin Noma and Lokongoma.
Contractors are expected on site as soon as they finalise documentation processes at the FCTA.
Senator Melaye promised to do more for his constituents.
