Senator Atai Aidoko Ali (PDP, Kogi East) has described the death of former chairman of Ibaji local government, Emmanuel Egwuaba as a great loss to the people of Kogi state.
Senator Aidoko, in a statement released by his media office, said the sudden demise will be a great set back to the people of Ibaji and Igala land.
He stated that for more than two decades the late political icon held sway in the leadership of the area, he displayed consistent politics of high level tolerance, collective bargaining, development and progress of his area and the entire state.
He further described the late politician and public officer as selfless, contented and a fine gentleman that had the interest of his people close at heart.
Kogi east senator assured the people of Ibaji that plans are at advance stages to attract social safety nets like provision of water, light, clinics to the area.
