The Ankpa federal constituency chairman of the Kogi State Elders Advisory Committee, Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Aliyu on behalf of the the elders advisory committee and the entire good people of Ankpa federal constituency heartily congratulates the the Executive Governor of Kogi state, His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello on the occasion of his second year Anniversary.
On your two years in office, your legacies and achievements in politics, governance and social life is becoming indelible and worthy of consolidation by well-meaning individuals as your youthful government is becoming a shining light in Kogi state and Nigeria in general for your encouragement and involvement of youths in governance.
Your Excellency, the harvest of your youthful and useful reforms for an all inclusive, fair and credible leadership has deepened democratic dividends and this virtue is what other tribes in Kogi state has become the primary beneficiary of as a result of your farewell to godfatherism, voter inducement, intimidation, harassment and unfair incarceration of minorities cum squeezing of opposition at all levels.
This reversals I must say are visible achievements in all sectors of the state for it is clearly evident in your appointments and developmental synopsis across the state.
Your Excellency Sir, on your two years in office, Kogites have seen reasons to key into your ideals and are yearning that you keep focus and do away by forces whose only dream and aspiration for the state is self service. On this note, I will like to draw your attention to the Ankpa township road, the Ankpa-Abejukolo road as well as Ibana-Ogugu-Ete road which is in dire need of urgent interventions.
I therefore pray the Almighty God to bless you with good health and many more years of service to our State, Kogi, Nigeria, Africa and the world in general as I wish you the grace to count on your years in office as the governor of Kogi state.
Congratulations and Happy Anniversary Your Excellency!
Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims
Chairman, Elders Advisory Committee,
