Ramadan: Senator Aidoko Congratulates Moslem Faithfuls

Senator representing Kogi East, Atai Aidoko Ali has congratulated Muslim faithfuls on the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan that will usher in 30 days of spiritual restrictions, prayers and ‎dedicated supplications.
In a statement issued by his media office, Aidoko enjoined moslem brothers and sisters to adhere strictly to the tenets and provisions of the holy month so as to attract the gains of the month.
The senator said the 30 days restrictive period should not only be from eating and drinking alone, but to take ‎advantage by engaging in spiritual renewal, forgiveness and doing the will of Allah both indeed and in action.
‎He urged the people of Kogi east, Kogi state and Nigeria to take advantage of the holy month and pray against the incessant attacks of fulani herdsmen, bandits and the Boko haram insurgents bedeviling the country.
Senator Aidoko requested for high level moral conduct and religious tolerance by extending genuine love, good will and charitable disposition towards each other and the generality of the people throughout the holy month.
