The MD of NDPHC, Mr Chiedu Ugbo credited the non existent power purchase agreement between the company and the Nigeria Bulk Electricity Trading(NBET) as a major of the many causes of poor end users power supply.

He appealed to the lawmakers to avail him the necessary legislative supports that can fast track the agreement and other necessary procedures.
