The Lead Consultant of Zurray Integrated Services Ltd, Mr Oyigu Elijah, has described the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Netlink Consulting, Dr Mike Olime, as “a caring angel packaged in human form,” praising his exceptional character, professional excellence, administrative discipline and commitment to the growth of people.
Mr Elijah made the remarks in Abuja on Tuesday during an in-house birthday worship session organised to celebrate Dr Olime, who also serves as the Resident Pastor of Dominion City Lugbe.
Speaking at the event, Mr Elijah said Dr Olime had distinguished himself not only as a highly gifted professional in human and resource management but also as a man whose influence had helped many people rediscover their direction, goals and purpose in life.
According to him, Dr Olime possesses a rare combination of professional knowledge, administrative wisdom and genuine concern for people, qualities which have made his influence visible in business, ministry and family life.
He described Dr Olime as “a professor of systems and structure,” explaining that his exceptional administrative acumen had consistently translated into practical results across the different areas of his life.
“Dr Mike is a caring angel packaged in human form. He is one of those rare individuals whose knowledge, discipline and concern for people leave a lasting impact on those around him. His presence has helped many people rediscover their goals and purpose, and his influence can be seen in his business, ministry and family,” Mr Elijah said.
He also recalled one of Dr Olime’s often-repeated observations on personal organisation, saying that the celebrant had once remarked that “an unorganised fellow is someone who has two places to keep one thing.”
Mr Elijah said the statement reflected Dr Olime’s philosophy of order, structure and accountability, noting that his approach to organisation goes beyond professional practice and extends to everyday life.
“He understands that order creates efficiency. His insistence on having a proper place for everything is one of the principles that has shaped the way he approaches administration, consulting, ministry and even personal responsibilities,” he added.
Also speaking at the event, the Assistant Pastor of Dominion City Lugbe, PST Miracle Asika, welcomed guests and participants to the birthday worship session while highlighting the qualities that have distinguished Dr Olime over the years.
PST Asika eulogised Dr Olime for his leadership, care, wisdom and commitment to people, describing him as a major blessing to the Dominion City Lugbe family.
He expressed appreciation to Dr Olime for his contribution to the growth and wellbeing of members of the church, noting that his leadership and personal example had positively influenced many people.
Mrs Uche Chukwu, who served as the Master of Ceremonies at the event, also spoke warmly about Dr Olime’s humane disposition.
Mrs Chukwu described him as a blessing to humanity, noting that his concern for people and willingness to respond to their needs had earned him the respect and affection of many.
Pastor Jonathan Uzoh focused on Dr Olime’s disciplined approach to time and responsibilities, describing punctuality as one of the qualities that has become closely associated with his lifestyle.
According to Pastor Uzoh, Dr Olime has demonstrated remarkable respect for time, whether attending events or handling responsibilities assigned to him.
“He is very deliberate about time. Whether he is attending an event or handling the microphone, you can see the discipline. He makes an effort to arrive early, and when he has a responsibility to handle, he gives it the seriousness it deserves,” Pastor Uzoh said.

He particularly noted that Dr Olime does not operate with a select group of favourites, saying that his disposition towards people is broad and inclusive.
“Dr Mike cares for everybody, and that is one of the reasons people love him. He does not have a clique of people who are his favourites. He relates with people genuinely and gives everyone the opportunity to feel valued,” Pastor Chinedu said.
Pastor Stanley also highlighted Dr Olime’s generosity and sacrificial lifestyle, describing him as a selfless giver who is willing to make personal sacrifices to meet the needs of others.
He said Dr Olime’s generosity goes beyond giving from abundance, noting that there have been occasions when he could give away his last available money to assist someone in need and return home without complaint.
“Dr Mike has a sacrificial lifestyle. He is the kind of person who can give his last money to someone who is genuinely in need and still find his way home. His concern is often about how to solve another person’s problem, even when it requires personal sacrifice,” Pastor Stanley said.
The birthday worship session was led by Pastor Sir Bukas Ebuka and attended by pastors of Dominion City Lugbe, a cross-section of choir members and other specially invited guests who joined in celebrating Dr Olime.
The gathering provided an opportunity for colleagues, church leaders, friends and associates to reflect on Dr Olime’s contributions to professional practice, ministry and the lives of people around him.
