Kogi-born business mogul, Otunba Olayemi Adeniyi has commiserated with the Yar’Adua family over the passing of their matriarch, Hajiya Dada.
His message was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday.
Otunba Olayemi extolled her legacy of compassion, faith, and honesty.
He also extended his condolences to her children, family, the people of Katsina State, and to the many lives the late Hajiya Dada had touched.
Hajiya Dada, the mother of the late former President Umaru Yar’Adua, the late General Shehu Yar’Adua and the current Chairman, Senate Committee on Army, Senator Abdulaziz Musa Yar’Adua died on Monday.
“Hajiya Dada was a virtuous woman who raised her children in the ways of Allah, which is evident in the character of all her children.
“She was a remarkable woman and a respected matriarch who significantly contributed to the development of not only Katsina state, but also the entire country and humanity,” the statement read.
He emphasized that Hajiya Dada will be deeply missed.
