The attention of the leading APC House of Assembly hopeful in Olamaboro Constituency, Comr. Bobby Ujah, has been drawn to the orchestrated malicious blackmail by the agents of some desperate aspirants in Olamaboro constituency, seeking to represent his person and our people by falsehood.
This is yet another failed attempt to impugn the character of the people’s choice APC candidate, and create frosty relationship between his good self and the good people of Olamaboro LGA.
Knowing the antecedents of these opponents, who are proven agents and allies of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), we expected this flurry of attacks, which indeed have been their age long trademark. We are not surprised.
It is, however, important to put the record straight that Comr. Bobby Ujah duly resigned and here attached is his document that shows his resignation letter dated (14th March 2018), received on the 16th of the same March 2018, along with his salary payslip and bank statement which is Diamond Bank and offer of employment.
Comrade Ujah will operate within the dictates of the provisions of the APC Constitution, as well as the electoral guidelines, set by its relevant organs and importantly the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Comr. Ujah will continue to pursue his legitimate ambition to provide good governance for the good people of Olamaboro Constituency which, interestingly, has continued to receive unprecedented enthusiasm, grassroots support and wide acceptability.
Attempts, through a wave of their falsehood and propaganda, to smear his reputation and relationship with the good people of Olamaboro LGA will, by the grace of God, remain an effort in futility.
In his response, Bobby said: “Let me assure the Olamaboro electorate, that my resolve to offer myself for service, to liberate and indeed rebuild our constituency, through good governance, by the grace of God and the support of the good people of Olamaboro LGA, cannot be hindered by these orchestrated and old-styled campaigns of calumny.”
Indeed, we expect more of these underhand attacks, as the coast of our victory becomes clearer and the day of liberation inches closer.
God will vindicate us at the end.
