“You can fool some people some times but you cant fool all the people all the time ” Bob Marley
Each time I listen to my State Governor Mouth piece, Mr. Kingsley Fanwo, speak on any issue of state concern, I wonder with due respect what the Governor’s considerations were for assigning this particular portfolio to Mr Fanwo.
As usual, in one swift but unprocessed statement, the Chief Press Secretary said and I quote;
“Some said they would hit back at the mad man to enliven the consciousness of pain in him. To me, both are correct and wisdom-fat”. Who is the mad man that the Evangelist is referring to ? The good people of Kogi state demanding for accountability and justice, this shows how low this administration think, thinking we are fools and unable to understand that there is a limit to what propaganda can do.
Apart from the fact that his statements and thought pattern, most of the time, are illogical and incongruous, they are also manifestly false. The only two excuses that come to mind in defense of my dear Chief a Press Secretary to the state governor and inelegance is either that he has dialectical amnesia, in which case thought processing comes over voice (that is after the statement had been voiced out) or that he is a bad communicator that allows his emotion control what he voices, in which case reasoning does not take place at all.
Call it his folly or style, Mr. Fanwo was at it again, but this time with so much shenanigans. Shortly after the picture of the massive fraud in Lugard House was uncovered by the Sahara Reporters in which they were captured in a hand shake went viral, Mr. Fanwo was up again in his usual self and tantrums, to blame those on the opposite side for the failures of his boss, to account for the Bailout Fund he collected , you can’t blame everybody for the inability of your boss to do the right things , nothing wrong in people demanding for accountability and the whereabouts of the loan collected in the name of the state.
Quite mischievously, Mr. Fanwo pretended to have forgotten that the people demand for accountability and fairness is gaining ground and orientation is waxing stronger than you think and you can’t keep fooling all the people all the time
Dear spokesperson, human life is not as trivial as you would want to make it seem. It should be inviolable. You cannot diminish the sanctity of human life or gloss over the apparent incapacity and inability of Governor Bello to govern Kogi State just by merely alleging that the facts exhumed by the Sahara Reportes is a mere work of those blackmailing your boss. The real issue to address always is that Kogi people are being starved daily without proactive action from Government, whether they are APC members, PDP members, Igala, Ebira, Okun, Bassa, Nupe cult or just lunatic walking the streets.
Mr Fanwo Kingsley, the publication from the Sahara Reporters is enough indictment on the Government, and to have the Government spokesperson trivialize such grave concern of the citizens is, to say the least, irresponsible and tomfoolery.
Kogites want the Kogi State governor, Yahaya Bello to defend the following allegations by his accuser, Egalitarian Mission for Africa, EMA, and published in the well read SAHARA REPORTERS.
