One Year in Office: Ògbéni Enimola Hails Humble Kogi Education Commissioner

On this special occasion commemorating your one year in office as the Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, I wish to register my hearty congratulations on your one year in office today, January 29th, 2021.

Your Excellency Sir, Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, you have justified the mandate freely given to you by God and the good people of Kogi State. Since government is a continuum, your administration in Kogi state has given much attention to the education sector. You have seen to the successful completion of some major legacy projects as a way of sustaining development in the state. This is in line with your campaign promises.

Your administration has contributed to prioritized human capital development. There is a tremendous improvement in the education, health, agriculture sectors, among others 

The successes recorded within the span of one year of the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Wemi Jones, FCIB is unprecedented and I can make bold to state that your Excellency is re- engineering the structural foundation of our dear state.

Your contributions had remained commendable as a Commissioner.
Your emergence in the new direction government has birthed ideas and policies in the Education sector among which are, the Kogi Education law, establishment of CUSTECH among others.

We can only pray God to sustain you to bring more contributions to the state and humanity by enunciating more ideas and strategies that would lead to the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainable development in your Ministry.

Over the years, your sound and unblemished leadership style in both private and public sectors  have endeared you to many people in Kogi and Nigeria.

You have exhibited absolute knowledge of your core responsibilities with your robust coordination in the Ministry of Education.

We appreciate your role in the revamping of schools. You are such a strong activist who has advocated for quality education in Kogi state.

I appreciate you for bringing up policies which has left to no stone untouched in the Ministry.

I wish our beloved commissioner a happy one year in office. It’s our collective prayer that God should increase you in wisdom and good health to bring up policies that will reflect positively on our institutions.

I Congratulate you on this one impact year in office even as we look forward to a more promising and fruitful years ahead as you continued to navigate. Be assured of my continued prayers, support and loyalty as all times Sir.
