On behalf of my family, I want to thank the Almighty God, who knows the end from the beginning, for the grace He has given to me throughout this journey for a course of building a better and greater Olamaboro local government as the representative for Olamaboro State Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly.
I thank all our royal fathers, the various groups including drivers unions, okada riders associations, our religious and opinion leaders and all other groups too numerous to mention across Olamaboro constituency.
I want to specially thank my fellow residents of Olamaboro for honouring me with your vote last week. I am deeply moved by the expression of confidence from all the units, villages, communities, wards, clans and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Being an effective legislator involves listening to constituents, translating their concerns into workable proposals, and building consensus to implement them. I may not be able to do this job without the involvement and openness of the people I represent. Take time to advice me instead of criticism, share with me your very cogent ideas, your concerns and aspirations, and I will sincerely appreciate your willingness to discuss what really matters to you as the bridge connecting you (Olamaboro) and government.
Not only have you entrusted with me the responsibility of speaking on your behalf as your representative, but you also continue to provide me with the ideas and feedback I need to do it as it should be done.
Above all, I want to use this medium to again thank the executive Governor of Kogi state Alhaji Yahaya Bello and his Chief of Staff, Hon. Edward Onoja for their trust in my ability to deliver and prayed God to continue to give them the needed wisdom and knowledge to take Kogi to her next level as I pledge never to let them down.
My profound gratitude also goes to all our political leaders and members in the APC for their unalloyed support for my election. The overwhelming show of support I enjoyed as you turned out in your numbers to vote for me, I am grateful and I assure you all that you’ve made the best choice in electing me and I will not undermine your trust.
Once again, I say THANK YOU for making me your voice in the next four years.
To God alone be all the glory.
– Comrade Anthony Alewo Ujah (Bobby)
Member-Elect, Olamaboro State Constituency.
