Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has urged the supporters of All Progressives Congress (APC) to exercise patience, saying that government can not appoint all the supporters of the party at the same time.
Elder Joel Oyibo Salifu, who represented his principal, Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo during a thanksgiving service of a newly appointed Minister for Water and Sanitation, Prof Joseph Terlumun Utsev in his residence at Mbagen, Buruku Local Government Area of Benue State thanked President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for rewarding loyalty and commitment, adding that the appointment of Prof. Joseph Terlumu is a great asset not only to the People of Benue State but to the entire country.
He admonished the appointee to deploy his varied skills garnered over the years in the service of our dear country, and for the success of this administration, he prayed that God should guide and protect him on this delicate assignment.
Earlier, the appointee, Prof Joseph Terlumu Utsev thank the well wishers who against all odd make it a point of duty to attend his thank giving service, he promised to contribute his quota to the advancement of our great nation.
Among the dignitaries in the thanks giving service are the Secretary to Government of the Federation, Senator George Akume, serving and former ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as well as present and past National Houses of Assembly members.
