One of the top clashes of the week will be top of the table encounter between Kogi United and Road Safety, FRSC FC of Abuja in Lokoja on Saturday.
Both sides with four points each from two opening games go head to head in a bid to extend the gaps on the Group A2 log.
Kogi United will be hoping to cement their status at the top with three points beyond the visitors with a win on Saturday.
Coach Tunde Abdulrahman led side have rejigged the team to meet with the challenge against FRSC.
Kogi United’s midfielder, Olushola Ajala spoke to the club’s media team ahead of the crucial game noting that his side is fired up to claim the full points on Saturday.
Ajala who is looking forward to his first start for Kogi United expressed his readiness to make it a memorable one for his team as they continue to maintain their good start to the season.
“We’ve been working hard to make sure we win the match, a victory will give us an added motivation because we are having the same four points with them, we pray God should give us the day tomorrow, with hard work and what we have been doing in training I know we will carry the day, I know the boys are ready.
We’ve been hearing about them that they are good, even here we are good and we are equal to the task, we also know our strength and I know we are going for the win
“We are hundred percent prepared and I’m prepared as well, I’m ready to give my all and I know with God, everything is possible,” he said.
