IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON A CASE OF ABUSE OF CIVIL SERVICE RULE AND RESULT FORGERY BY COMR. (DR) NUHU SOLOMON ANYEGWU, THE PROVOST OF COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGY IDAH, KOGI STATE, NIGERIA.
The fundamental platform upon which any academic pursuit is built, especially when it has to do with higher learning is the primary and secondary school certificates. Many a student who desires to further academically and especially in sciences must possess credits in certain subject such as Mathematics, English language, Chemistry, Biology and Physics. These subjects are also required to be passed at credit level if anyone desires to venture into being trained as an environmental health officer in any Colleges of higher learning in Nigeria. An attempt to then make an illegal copy of supposed SSCE result to deceive institutions, and committees set up by the state government is against the law of the state and that of the civil service guidelines.
This write-up is put up therefore to bring to the knowledge of concerned individuals in the today’s new direction government of his Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello of how Mr. Anyegwu has successfully deceived everyone with an illegal copy of a result he is yet to obtain, the more reason he initially had a status of “uncleared” based on staled result and how he scaled through is yet to be unraveled.
It is important to note that the 2003 SSCE result being paraded by Mr. Anyegwu is nothing but a fluke for which a certificate would never be issued. The true picture is that Mr. Anyegwu is yet to obtain a tenable SSCE certificate and every attempt by him to use people to re-write another SSCE is yet to yield a successful end.
However, if Mr. Anyegwu presented any real result where he passed all required subjects for both training and service, then the year the result is obtained should be reviewed.
Mr. Anyegwu being an expert in document forgery, and that at the expense of the core values enshrined in the civil service rules, suddenly and to the amazement of every well richly inclined senior civil servant and against civil service norms presented a document which places him on grade level 14 during the 2015 interview for the seat of the provost which he presently occupies. It’s evidently obvious how Mr. Anyegwu must have doctored his grade level just to make himself suitable for the seat of the College Provost.
Consequently, for about three years and counting, Mr. Anyegwu has remained Provost of a Kogi State Government institution, a regime marred with financial malpractices, non-inclusiveness, intimidation and impunity among many others and yet not a supporter of the APC government of his Excellency, holder of an illegal copy of SSCE results. The question being asked therefore is why Mr. Anyegwu would remain a Provost of the new direction government?
- When Mr. Anyegwu does not possess a certificate of SSCE as requested of him during the intensive staff screening exercise carried out by the new direction government of governor Yahaya Bello and yet cleared;
- When Mr. Anyegwu obviously doctored his grade level ‘14’ so to become Provost at all cost and upon which he is being promoted again;
- When Mr. Anyegwu has defaulted on every law set against all forms of forgery;
- When Mr. Anyegwu has no integrity whatsoever to be made the College Provost or even to remain as one.
The call that is being made through this write-up therefore is for the new direction government of his Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello (THEWHITE LION), the Executive Governor of Kogi State, being a person with high intolerance for impropriety and injustice to please look into this matter as urgent as his busy schedule can allow so to correct these great aberrations and uphold the core values of the civil service guideline giving every government employed staff whose post is at the College of Health Sciences and Technology Idah, a sense of justice and tranquility.
