Lagos Agog as Little Miss Nigeria Project Crowns New Queens

Contestants around the 36 states of the country converged in Lagos to battle for the 2019 edition of Little Miss Nigeria Beauty Pageant crown.

The atmosphere of the city was lightened up following the commencement of the one day event which took place at the state’s capital city, Ikeja.

The contest witnessed talent display, talk show, dance competition, quizzes and tests, amongst other tasking events. Parents of the contestants were thrilled to a dancing competition, and the audience were made to pick a winner, in a fun lightened atmosphere.

11years old Angelica Ituma won the Little Miss Nigeria crown, while 9years old Toluwanimi Omole emerged as the Little Miss Nigeria International which makes it the first time Little Miss Nigeria Project will be crowning two queens in a single contest. This was as a result of the level of performance displayed by the duo which makes it difficult for the panel of judges headed by Mr. Sadu Arisekola to decide on who’s to wear the crown.

The C.E.O. of Little Miss Nigeria Project, Amb. Oladele John Nihi later resolved that two Queens should be crowned by the judges in other to have a fair contest.

Queen Angelica Ituma is to function in the capacity of the Little Miss Nigeria; she’s expected to handle all activities within the country, while Queen Toluwanimi Omole will function as the Little Miss Nigeria International, and she’s to be the face of the company at all international functions during her one year reign as Queen.

The event which ended at about 7:12pm following the crowning of the two queens by the outgoing Little Miss Nigeria, Queen Mmesoma Kelsea Ikwagwu.
