The umbrella body for Power Shift, a positive change advocate, Kogi Youth Power Shift (KYPS),  has expelled its member, Vajeh Samuel A. of the organization over what it described as criminality and scandalous.

A statement signed by the Director for Strategy and Policies, King Chatta Ojo, the Secretary representing Central, Musa Ado Ibrahim, the Central Financial Secretary, Kekere Daniel Elijah, the Central Coordinator, AbdulAzeez Onogwu, the Protocol Director, Muhammad Attah, and the Okene L.G.A Coordinator, Comr. Silas Adeiza  Oricha respectively, said that the expulsion of Samuel Vajeh A. (aka Engr. Sam) had become necessary so as to maintain the integrity of the organization.

Reflectively, Kogi Youth Power Shift Ambassadors are a group of concerned proficient youths from Kogi Central, West, and some other interested Easterners to seek for Justice and Fairness for its citizens. Its aims were mainly to foster unity among our Central/West Aspirants/delegates and to position formidable structures that will work tirelessly in support of a generally endorsed aspirant/candidate irrespective of platforms. Recalled that Power Shift Candidates lost out at the ruling and opposition parties in the 2015 Kogi Governorship Primaries. Thus, it became imperative for KYPS to work with a shift candidate (name withheld) who was one of the former governorship aspirants of the PDP, but decamped. As at this epoch, all our west members and executives went cueing behind late Prince Audu with the exception of Juwon Sunday.

This Hon. (Shift Candidate) in a tussle to fulfill his dream as the Governor of the state through a formidable group like KYPS had to merge his campaign blueprints with that of KYPS. At this juncture, he had promised to release the sum of 1.5million naira for a campaign kickoff, however the scandalous attitude of Vajeh Samuel (aka Engr Sam) led to the released of only N500,000 through his former Central Coordinator (Abdulmumin). As Abdulmumin is set to remit this money to us, the same iniquitous Vajeh Samuel twisted his hand by condemning the organization which accomplished his bid to siphon N100,000 to his personal account leaving us with N400,000.

In a further statement by the President of the organization, Prince Suleiman Adinoyi, he said Samuel Vajeh A. (aka samu) is a disappointment to the group. That, by deep reflection of how power shift tussle started, Samuel could possibly be referred to as a ghost human being whose intent is to wreck and deck wherever he maneuvers himself. He said Samuel collected the group’s money meant to balance up the Vest produced on debt for GYB’s inauguration, he never remitted it. Samuel received 15,000 (even though sources have it that it was 50,000) sent by Ozigi Ennesi-PPA candidates to support the association, he embezzled it. Said, these were possible for him as he always manipulate means and lies to front every development.

A resolution and communiqué signed by the caucus executives and administrators at the KYPS Secretariat read: “A vote of no confidence and total rejection has been passed on Mr. Vajeh Samuel A. on his inability to sustain and maintain KYPS’s dreams of Power Shift actualization (positive change), his deviation into the mainstream of Criminality and using the organization’s struggle to enhance his selfish interest can no longer be condoned, Samuel Vajeh’s membership is on this day 19th of September, 2016 void as he is disavowed and banned in totality from the organization.”

We therefore warn every other group and public to seize working with Samuel Vajeh (aka Eng. Sam) for any impersonation by him will lead to his arrest and detain of such group or individuals.
