Kogi West: APC Screening Committee Clears Dr Tajudeen Ibrahim for Senate Primary Election

Ahead of All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries, the national screening committee chaired by former Deputy Governor of Edo State, Prince Philip Shaibu, has screened and cleared Dr. Tajudeen Ibrahim Bisimillahi to contest the western senatorial district primary of the party.

Dr Tajudeen Ibrahim, who appeared before the committee members presented, defended his documents and also answered questions posed by the panelists.

Addressing newsmen shortly after he was screened and approved to contest Kogi West APC party’s primaries, Dr. Tajudeen described the committee members as highly competent and seasoned administrators.

The senatorial hopeful explained that the screening exercise set up by the national secretariat of the party would no doubt foster credibility in leadership of the country.

He said the time is ripe for those that would be entrusted with leadership positions in the country to be men and women of proven integrity and impeccable record of achievements.

Giving strong seasons why he is vying for the coveted senatorial district primary to fly the ticket of the party ahead of the 2027 general elections, Dr Tajudeen Ibrahim Bisimillahi insisted that if given the ticket and win the election he will leverage on his vast networks and contacts to draw human capital and fast-track empirical infrastructural development to the constituency and constituents.

Dr Tajudeen, who is also the Imole Adini of Okun Land, said he has over the years redirected his hard earned resources to better the lots of the people by spendings in empowering the less privileged citizens, given out scholarship, bursary allowances, built schools with state-of-the-art facilities and sponsoring Muslims and Christians to the holy land.

According to him, If accorded the chance, he will deploy the legislative frameworks and lobby the appropriate quarters to address the nadir of human and infrastructural development deficits that have entangled the socioeconomic growth and development of Kogi West.

He, therefore, advised the suppterers and core stakeholders of the party to embrace his aspiration to become the flagbearer during the primaries, assuring that effective representation await the Kogi West senatorial district if he comes onboard as their senator.
