The old students of the university, in a surprise, commented that the new students were lucky as they would no longer have to wait a full semester before they would be issued their matriculation numbers. That  they were opportuned to not be weighed down by the stress of registration as they were done within two weeks, whereas it usually takes a month.

To also buttress its seriousness in stepping up its activities, the ‘Student Union Government’ (SUG) announced that results would no longer be pasted on boards of faculties as usual but uploaded on everyone’s portal so they can be accessed from the comfort of every student’s room.

To this regards, students who haven’t seen their results would be able to get their whole assessments and grades sent to their link and would not have to wait too long to know their performance.

Again, the SUG president, Dominic Iko-ojo said, “Soon the GSTs and the EDS exam will be uploaded and subsequently there will be no need for the use of GST exam cards as the exam pass will now be printed from the individuals’ portal as soon as the individual pays the fee.

He stated further that the issue of result is diplomatically becoming a thing of the past, and welcomed the students back to school.
