Kogi Reps Aspirant Condoles APC National Women Leader, Felicitates With Muslim Ummah

A chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Blessing Aisha Ekele has condoled the party national women leader, Hajia Salamatu Baiwa Umar-Eluma over the death of her beloved mother, Hajia Zainab Abdullai after a brief illness in  her country home at Anyigba in Dekina local government of Kogi state.
In her condolence message which was made available to journalists in Lokoja on Monday, the Olamaboro women leader of the party said she received the news of the “sudden death of the mother of our leader with huge shock, saying, she died when the family,  the state and country needed her advice most, particularly the women folks because of the new responsibility bestowed on her daughter, our own highly revered national Party women leader”.
While Hon. Blessing Ekele said death remains an inevitable end of every mortal on this earth, she prayed that Allah grant the party national women leader the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss; adding that may the soul of her deceased mother  remain in perfect peace.
Meanwhile, Blessing Aisha Ekele has felicitated with the Muslim Ummah all over the world on the occasion of marking the celebration of EID-EL Kabir(ADHA), saying that the Moslem faithfuls should see this  period  as time of selfless service to God and humanity.
The House of Representatives aspirant from Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omalla Constituency in Kogi state who stressed that the importance of the festival is beyond feasting averred that  the real essence of the celebration is to encourage sacrifice,  piety, self-discipline and fear of God in our dealings with one and another, in the quest to achieve an egalitarian society.
While she pointed out that there is need for all to guard against hate speeches and do the right thing by intensifying  prayers for a hitch-free general elections, and for the emergence of leaders that will deliver dividends of democracy for the people, the House of Representatives Aspirant called on religion, political and traditional leaders to preach for peace and unity among their people as 2019 general elections gathers momentum.
The Olamaboro women leader who was honoured with the highest Chieftaincy title for women,  Magajia 1 by Yakanajie Kingdom in Nassarawa state recently for  her service to humanity urged Muslims and other Nigerians to use the sallah period to pray fervently for the successful conduct of 2019 general elections.
“I hereby congratulate Muslims and other Nigerians on the occasion of Eid-el Adha(Kabir) celebration. Let all of us use this season to pray fervently for the successful conduct of 2019 general elections. Let  use this period to reconcile with ourselves and God, in case we offended one and another; and for us to get more God blessings and favour”, she said.
Also, she added: “I want to seize this opportunity to congratulate His Excellency,  the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello and his new direction team, our Muslim brothers and sisters across the State, and the good people of the Ankpa/Olamaboro/Omalla federal constituency, as the mark this holy period for Muslim faithfuls. May the blessing of the season and Allah be with you all.”
She enjoined Muslims, particularly those from Kogi state to seize the spiritual season to pray for the State and the nation in general, especially for the revival of many ailing industries that supposed to boost employments, increase personal income and the economy generally, for peace and security across the country.
