Rector, Kogi State Polytechnic, Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman, has congratulated Ata Igala, His Royal Majesty, Dr. Matthew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa II, on the occasion of his 59th birthday.
In a statement he personally signed, Dr. Salisu described the revered monarch as a unique leader imbued with honesty and sincerity.
Recalling a recent interaction with the Ata Igala, Dr. Salisu said “I was in awe the day you conferred on me the chieftaincy title of ‘Omaoja’Ata’ the level of humanity, patience and love you showed. I was not only deeply astounded and utterly impressed by your humility, but was also touched by your humane display of wisdom as an unmatched reservoir of our cultural heritage and history.”
