Kogi Gov’ship: Senator Abdul Ningi Accused of Absconding With Original PDP Result Sheet for Delegates’ Election

Barely 24 hours after the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ahdoc delegate elections in Kogi state, the original results sheet of delegate lists has been reportedly missing.

A chieftain of the party, Abdul Rahman Yakasi accused the Chairman, Adhoc Election Committee, Senator Abdul Ningi of absconding with the original results sheet for the delegates’ election.

Yakasi said Ningi abandoned other committee members to an unknown location. 

“All efforts to get him or his location, all to no avail as at this moment.

We, by this release, put the good people of Kogi State on alert on happenings. On no account will a doctored list be accepted.

“The original signed results cum lists from various local governments are with Sen. Abdul Ningi, as  submitted by all agents,” he said.

While appealing to the PDP national headquarters to come to their aid, he called on party members to remain calm as they await the committee chairman.
