The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has charged its newly promoted officers to remain committed, hardworking and dedicated to the service of the country.
The Kogi State Sector Commander of the FRSC, Mr Solomon Agure made the charge on Wednesday in Lokoja while decorating one of the newly promoted officers of the corps.
He further charged them to always put in their best do that the organisation can achieve its core objective of making roads safer for users.
According to Agure, promotions come with greater responsibilities and to whom much is given, more is expected.
He congratulated Mr Mabusan Tabreta on his promotion from the rank of Assistant Corps Commander to the rank of Deputy Corps Commander, urging to remain focused in the discharge of his duty.
Tabreta, who is the current Commander, FRSC, Ankpa Unit Command, appreciated the management for given him the opportunity to serve in various capacities across the country.
He also expressed appreciation over his new promotion, saying that it will encourage him to put in his best and encourage him to be part of ongoing efforts to take corps to the next level.
