He extolled the leadership qualities of the former Governor and leader of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi State, describing him as an astute administrator and a leader of impeccable disposition.

He commended the intelligence with which PDP leader piloted the affairs of the State when he served as of Kogi State.

“In a life that has seen you clock the enviable age of 70 years amidst your achievements as a business man and political leader, there is great cause for you, members of your family, your many associates, protégés and well-wishers to thank Almighty God for His benevolence upon you.

“As you deservedly celebrate this birthday, it is my prayer that Almighty God continues to bless you with robust health and many more years of happiness.

“The wealth of experience the leader has gathered over the years would be most useful for the state and country’s development, especially in his devotion to making the country a society governed by the tenets of rule of law and justice,” he said.
