Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello (GYB) has over the past years demonstrated the empirical phenomenon of a complete gentleman who have tried and prospered in business, public service and political leadership.
In 2014, as the Presidential Elections began, he already knew Nigerians were yearning for a honest change in leadership and political space. The All Progressive Congress was just the waiting vehicle for this purpose. Alhaji Yahaya Bello propelled the change Mantra all over the country through the Kogi Youth Arise Movement. It was a tsunami that breathed hope and youthful inclusiveness in the polity of Kogi State.
At that elections, Alhaji Yahaya Bello Finished tall. The APC won and the movement was in a good shape for better times ahead.
By 2015, the Governorship project started and Alhaji Yahaya Bello again returned to trenches to garner support in winning the governorship election under the All Progressive Congress. He lost the primaries but won the election.
He finished tall again.
He has steadied the ship of Kogi State with giant developmental strides, absolute security and daring public service reforms.
In 2019, Alhaji Yahaya Bello sought for reelection and he finished tall again by winning a landslide victory at the polls.
Consequently, 2023 is here again and Governor Yahaya Bello is contesting for the Presidency of Nigeria.
He is banking on the huge and exceptional leadership capability shown in the smooth governance of Kogi State.
As Nigerians we may not understand the circumstances of the race but Nigerians trust the runner.
He will finish tall again!!!
